Carolyn Resnick has spent her whole life with horses and as a child was known as The Girl who Talks with Horses. At around the age of 10, she spent 3 successive summers integrating herself into a herd of wild horses. By learning their rules of society, their language and their rituals, she worked her way into the herd and then ascended its pecking order. This culminated in her being allowed to ride the lead mare of the herd, bareback and completely without tack.
The training method she has developed is based on her experiences then and since and is known as the Waterhole Rituals. By taking the time to properly develop a full connection and partnership with your horse, you will significantly shorten any other subsequent form of equine training you undertake together.
